Shipping via eParcel is a flat rate of $9.95 to most major Australian Cities excluding items more than 5 kilograms.
Some of the items are not included in flat rate shipping cost due to its weight or size (packaging size and weight are described in item description). Please send email of your location to sales@bakingculture.com.au for a shipping quote.
In addition, if your total order is bulky/exceed 5kg and you are located outside New South Wales, you may be contacted for additional shipping fees, we will contact you before shipping to confirm the additional amount required or alternatively you can contact us to confirm delivery fees before placing your order.
Pick up option is not available at the moment, but if you need your order urgent, please don't hesitate to contact sales@bakingculture.com.au
Shipping via Express post is dependent on weight and size of items, please email to sales@bakingculture.com.au by sending us the list of the items that you would like to order with your contact number so that we can call you back to inform you the express post fee.
Alternatively, place your order and leave a note for express delivery, then we will send you an invoice for additional express post fee. Order will be processed once additional fee has been paid.
Additional express post fee will be based on weight & size
Express Post Small (500g), Dimensions: 220 x 355mm. Additional Express post fee approx $3.25
Express Post Medium (up to 3kg), Dimensions: 310 x 405mm. Additional Express post fee approx $ 5.50
Express Post Large (up to 5kg), Dimensions: 435 x 510mm. Additional Express post fee approx $ 14.50

We do our best to maintain our inventory and mark items "out-of-stock" on our website. However there are times where there may be fewer items in stock than what you may have ordered. In the event when an item you have purchased and paid for is unavailable, in a case by case basis, we will:

Shipping methods
We endeavor to dispatch orders within 3 days after receiving clear payment, however in most cases we should be able to dispatch your order within 24 hours after clear payment.
All orders are posted via Australia Post or our selected couriers, delivery times will depend on shipping method and where you reside.
If you require extra cover/insurance, please email us at sales@bakingculture.com.au as all shipping options below are not insured. We are only able to reimburse orders that are insured.
Currently we only ship within Australia and unable to offer shipping to international destination.

As a guideline from Australia Post, the approximate postal delivery time is between 3-7 business days (longer if outside of the metropolitan area, NT & WA). A signature is required upon delivery..

At Baking Culture, we make every effort to process (pack and ship) your order as quickly as possible.
We advise that you notify us as soon as you make payment so that we can pack and prepare your order for shipment.
Below are approximate postal delivery times as advised by Australia Post
eParcel : 3-7 business days (longer if outside of the metropolitan area, WA & NT)
Express Post : 1-2 business days (depending on your postcode)
As we have no control over your orders once we post them, the best way to resolve late/missing parcels is to contact Australia Post directly. If you have selected either Australia Post Registered or Express, please follow the following steps:
1) Ring Australia post at 13 76 78.
2) Inform them that you would like to track your eParcel/Express Post Parcel.
3) Quote them your registered or express post number which was send to you via email to you when your order was posted
They will track down your parcel and inform you of its location. If you experience further difficulties after proceeding with the steps above, please contact us and we will try to help you resolve the matter.
